The dinner

Find the origins of what made the table d'hôtes of our ancestors. In the 17th century, guests ate at a communal table, called a "table d'hôte", serving a set meal at a communal table was a common way of dining before the advent of the restaurant.

Evoking the cuisine of childhood , delving into its past, often brings back the happiest part of our memory. Family dishes, childhood flavours, are always the source of an eternal attachment. Cooking is like a landscape where each dish has its own colours, each ingredient its own smells, each timeless moment such as holidays and celebrations.

It is a lively, convivial, family cuisine, as creative as it is modern, based on local and seasonal products that we like to prepare at Maison Bellamant. Without a menu, each evening, a custom-made menu, inspired by the products of the day, will be articulated around a homemade aperitif, various starters served at the table, a local main dish, its accompaniments, cheese, dessert, cold drinks (sparkling water), wines, hot drinks.

On request and with an extra charge, you can also taste the local wines of your choice, a special aperitif. We will also be able to meet your wishes as far as possible, in accordance with your dietary principles .

We are driven by greed . An intimate dialogue between senses and emotions; taste.
